Biography

Baptized 16 JUN 1745 Canonbie, Dumfriesshire, Scotland

"Walter Turnbull and Betty Turnbull in the Parish of Kirkandrews had a lawful son bap. Walter." [1]
which actually does require some further investigation as Scottish records would normally show the mother's maiden name - perhaps they'd been influenced by England too much by then :) OR, Betty is of course Turnbull. Henderson-2297 04:53, 12 August 2017 (EDT)
