Maria Turnbull was born on April 27, 1836 in Sydney, Colony of New South Wales, daughter of Ralph Turnbull (1791–1840) and Mary Ann Riley (~1811– ).[1]
Maria died on March 5, 1857 in Portland Head, Colony of New South Wales, aged 20. She was buried in Sackville Reach Historic Cemetery, Sackville Reach, The Hills Shire, New South Wales.[2][3]
Find-a-Grave says Maria's mother was Grace Turnbull, which may be incorrect.
Death record at NSW BDM has mother as Mary A, which matches this profile.
No reference to her husband on Find-A-Grave, and her surname at death is Turnbull.
