Biography
Jackson was born in 1863. He was the son of William Ralph and Emmarillus Ellis [1]. He married Ruth L. Goslee in 1884 in Delaware, at the age of 21 [2]. They had two daughters, Helen [3] and Emma. Jackson died in 1888 in Delaware at the age of 25 of "cerebo spinal congestion with diphtheria and enteritis" [4]. He is buried with his parents at Saint Marks Episcopal Church Cemetery in Sussex County Delaware [5]. His wife Ruth remarried and his children went on to live with their mother and her new husband, and their step sibling and half-sibling.
