Travelled through time from Norse, Caithness 12th century, Earl of Orkney, descendant of St Ragnvald, founder of St Magnus Cahedral in Kirwall, to a Viking great grandfather killed in 1171 Dublin, Orkney. Fisrt Chief of Clan Gunn, to wear the "great brooch-wearer" George Gunn coroner of Caithness 15th century. One hundrd years befor Christopher Columbus Gunn accompanied Sir Henry Sinclair, Earl of Orkney to North America. To all the Viking battles, service to the King of Sweden, fought for King Charles I, Sir George Gunn received knighthood in 1639, married a German baroness, became imperial general in the Holy Roman Empire. The Gunn Clan motto "Either Peace or War."
