Biography

Rex was born in 1918. He was the son of Drew Howle and Dussie Brannon.

In the 1920 census Rex (age 1) was the single son of Drew Howle in McLennan, Texas.^[1]

In the 1930 census Rex (age 11) was the single son of Drue T Howle in Precinct 4, McLennan, Texas.^[2]

In the 1940 census Rex (age 21) was in Justice Precinct 4, McLennan, Texas.^[3]

Rex married Wanda Campbell on 3 August 1940 in McLennan, Texas.^[4]

On 16 October 1940, Rex registered for the draft in China Spring, McLennan, Texas.^[5]
