Note NI111816more about Margaret Henderson: She married her first cousin. She died after 1860 in Kentucky although this date is inferred. Pictures of her taken in 1858 are still around and signed by her son, William. After James H. Henderson ran off and left Margaret and his family in St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri, Margaret sent William to live with the Hoffners, neighbors on an adjoining farm to John Alexander, and then took Mary and Sarah back to Kentucky where she then lived with her Mother Sarah and sister Narcissa. Mary also stayed with them. Sarah went ot live wither her uncle George W. and his wife, Rhoda,and he r sister Elizabeth.
