Biography

William was born in 1787 in Laurens, Laurens, South Carolina, United States. He was the son of Charles Henderson Sr. and Elizabeth Edith (Montgomery) Henderson.^[1][2]

He married Laurissa Franks (1793-1836) presumably about 1809, before the birth of their child.

When William was about 65 he married again, on 17 July 1852 in Itawamba, Mississippi.^[3]

In the 1860 census William (age about 73) was living in Western Division, Marshall, Alabama, United States.^[4]

William died at the age of about 81 on 25 January 1868 in Montgomery Co., AL.^[5][1][6][7]
