Biography
Ray M. Eberly, 64, a retired farmer of 320 North Ave., Aurora, died July 13, 1972 at Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora.
Mr. Eberly was born December 23, 1907 in Pierce Township, DeKalb County, the son of George M. and Clara Grimm Eberly. February 14, 1934, he was married to Bertha Baie at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Hinckley.
Mr. Eberly was educated in the Pierce Township, Hinckley schools. He was a member of the Farm Bureau.
His widow survives; also a son, Roger R. of Sugar Grove; a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Georgia) Moberly, Aurora; a brother, Kenneth Eberly of Chicago; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Irvin.[1]
