Florence Eunice d'Arcy Brain was born on 9 December 1916 in Port Chalmers, Otago, New Zealand, daughter of Cornelius d'Arcy Brain (1892–1965) and Eunice Thompson (1889–1969).[1][2]
She married James Stuart Anderson (~1918-1966) on 29 July 1940 and they had five children.[3]
Florence died on 30 March 2002 in Hilderthorpe, Otago, aged 85. She was buried in Ōamaru Lawn Cemetery, Ōamaru, Waitaki District, Otago.[4]
