Biography

Anna Barbara Zezulak was born on January 3, 1890 in Omaha, Douglas, Nebraska to Frantisek Zezulak and Marie Bezousek.

She married John Vacek on November 6, 1912 in Omaha, Douglas, Nebraska[1]. They had eleven children:

  1. Cecelia Marie Vacek born September 20, 1913 and died January 10, 1923 in Omaha
  2. Francis Charles "Frank" Vacek born November 4, 1914 in Omaha
  3. Bernard John Vacek born December 22, 1917 in Omaha
  4. Henry Paul "Hank" Vacek born February 20, 1919 in Omaha
  5. John James Vacek born August 25, 1921 in Omaha
  6. Robert Anton Vacek born March 31, 1923 in Omaha
  7. Ann Marie "Rita" Vacek born December 29, 1924 in Omaha
  8. Louis Alfred Vacek born November 4, 1926 in Omaha
  9. Joseph Patrick Vacek born March 15, 1928 in Omaha
  10. Dorothy Helen Vacek born October 25, 1929 in Omaha
