American actress who has appeared on stage, screen, podcast, radio, and television. She got her first big break in 1966, when she joined the cast of the TV series Peyton Place. She won an Emmy Award for her role on the hit TV series Picket Fences.
Leigh was born January 25, 1945 in Washington, D. C. She was the daughter of Carl Ramsey Taylor and Pauline Schoesser.
In the 1950 Census, she was with her mother Pauline, age 31, born Kansas, divorced, living in Arlington, Virginia.[1]
Leigh's 1st marriage was to Ryan O'Neal on March 1, 1967 Honolulu, Hawaii.[2] They were the parents of a son and remained friends after divorcing in 1973/74.
Her 2nd marriage was to Guy McElwaine in 1978, ending in divorce in 1984.
Her 3rd marriage was to Craig Sheffer in 2003, ending in divorce in 2004.
Her 4th marriage was to <private living non-Notable> in 2013 in Los Angeles, California.
