Arthur Wynne was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Arthur Leonard Watkin Wynne was born on 18th May 1894. His birth was registered in Paddington, New South Wales (Australia). He was the eldest son of George Watkin Wynne, a journalist based in Sydney, and Alice Georgina Papprill.

He married Eleanor Eyde Berg on 7 May 1926 in Chatswood, New South Wales.

Arthur died in Fentons Creek, Victoria on 25 July 1968. Fentons Creek is a small village just under 200 km northwest of Melbourne.

Research Note

Two sources suggest Arthur died in the Beaumaris area of Melbourne (see obituary in the Sydney Morning Herald and his probate record). Details of Arthur and Eleanors' children have not yet been added. Eady-184 18:50, 5 November 2022 (UTC)
