Andrew Jackson Wood was born Aug. 29, 1842, In Moniteau Co., Mo., the son of Joseph and Tabitha Darcus Mooney Wood, and died Feb. 20, 1916, In Morgan Co., Mo. He married Martha Jane McGinnis, and eleven children were born to this marriage: seven daughters and four sons. Burial was In Cooper-Wood Cemetery, Morgan County, Mo. ^[1]
