Is there a way for non-USBH project members (also not on WikiTree) to submit links to documents detailing enslavement that the USBH team can then use as sources to create profiles? I have a friend who is looking through her family documents -- if she finds confirmation, where can I direct her?

Thanks for your help!

Yes. Anyone can send documents to us at wikitrees-usbh-exchange at googlegroups.com - replace the at with @
A couple of questions: Do you want profiles created for white people in the household with one Black servant? I also have a white family of three with 4 unrelated Black ‘employees’. How many profiles here? 4? 7?
posted by Robert Hvitfeldt
It is up to you if you wish to create the white family profiles. Do create the 4 unrelated Black employees and if you are just adding the 1880 Census citation, please add the category Category:US Black Heritage Project, Family Tree Size One on each of their profiles. Thank you!

I created Megan Thee Stallion's mother's profile- Thomas-68056. If you can add it, I would appreciate it.

I don’t know whether you want to be added to space pages, this one might qualify if so:

Slaves of President James Monroe of Virginia

I think it would be good to add USBH to the pages for the presidents. Thanks! Emma
Ok, good. Remind me of the email

I am unfamiliar with this site but what I am trying to do is confirm that a certain family member is a descendant of the noted Josiah Henson (born Jun. 15,1789 and died May 5, 1883). The family member in question is Rodger Wesley Lambkin (born Jan. 21,1936 and died April 6, 1989). Any advice you could give me in this matter would be appreciated.

Try looking through the Lampkin names here: https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/LAMPKIN

I don't think Rodger is there, but you can create a profile for him if you want to create a free account.
