Biography
Rachel, daughter of Nathaniel Wickham and Sabrina (poss. Francis), was born before 1724 and died before 19 Mar 1793 when her will was proved.
She married first before 1740 at Prince George's County, Maryland, Charles Perry and had one son Ignatius (b. 25 Dec 1740; d. aft 1796). The will of Charles Perry, dated 8 Apr 1741, mention his wife Rachel and son Ignatius.
She married second after 1741, Robert Pottinger; children (surname POTTINGER): Anne (b. bef 1751) and Robert (b. C1753; will proved 16 Mar 1801). His will dated 20 Apr 1748 and proved 29 Mar 1753, mentioned his wife Rachel Pottinger, daughter Anne Pottenger, "my unborn child," and his sisters Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Rachel, Sarah, and Elinor.
Rachel's will, dated 10 Nov 1786 and proved 19 Mar 1793 at Prince George's County, mentioned James Miller, son-in-law Baruch Duckett, daughter-in-law Margery Perry, daughter-in-law Mary Pottenger, son Ignatius Perry, and son Robert Perry (executor).
