Biography

Fred was born in 1890. He is the son of Mariner Ward and Electra Maxwell. Mr. Ward was a fox farmer who took his family to Pawling, New York in the late 1920s to work for Lowell Thomas, the noted American writer and broadcaster. Fred's daughter Electra became Thomas' long-time secretary.
