Biography
Mariah H. Walker was born in May, 1856 in Alleghany, Virginia, United States, daughter of Henry Walker (1806–1891) and Maria Rankin Shawver (~1816–1897).[1]
Mariah (24) married George William King (20) (born in 1860 in Alleghany; son of George Preston King and Nancy (Bennett) King) on February 16, 1881 in Alleghany.[2]
Their children were:
- Gussie Belle King (1878–<1908)
- Emma Mae King (1883–1960)
She lived in Fincastle, Botetourt, Virginia, United States in 1900[3] and Rockbridge, Virginia, United States in 1910.[4]
She died on 1 April 1913, in Alleghany, Virginia, United States, at the age of 56.
