Uncertain whether she was born in Germany, New York, or on a ship to America.
1710: Arrival in New York
The (large) family of Maria Catharina Walborn originated in the NY Palatine colony. Maria Catarina migrated to Tulpehocken with her family, via Swartara Creek, already around 1723 (when she was about 14y).
1723: Johan Adam Walborn (~1666-1741) and his wife Anna Elizabeth Zietz (1668-1741) arrived in Tulpehocken with their children:
6 Oct 1730: The marriage of Maria Catarina Walborn and Peter Shell in Tulpehocken is recorded in the records of Rev. Caspar Stoever. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
They had the following children:
Died: 1757 in Berks, Pennsylvania, USA. [8]
1809
Somerset, Somerset, Pennsylvania, USA.

Research Notes
24 Feb 1730. Baptism of Maria Catharina Loesch at Reed's Church in Tulpehocken[9]. Sponsor was Maria Catharina Schell. NOTE: this date is 8 months before Maria Catharina married Peter Schell. The father of this Peter Schell was also named Peter, and his mother was also named Maria Catharina. Thus, it is likely that the sponsor of the Loesch baptism in Feb 1730 was the mother-in-law to the person in this profile.

Walborn-145 and Walborn-68 appear to represent the same person because Maria Catharine Walborn is the youngest child of Johan Adam Walborn [Walborn-2] and Anna Elizabetha Feg [Feg-4]. Not determined if Maria Catharine was born in Germany or on the ship to America (differs between the two profiles) but all other info is identical.
I have connected the lower numbered profile [Walborn-68] of Maria Cathrine Walborn to Wikitree as the youngest daughter of Walborn-2, so please retain Walborn-68 after the merge. I will then link her to the the family of Peter Shell, who married Maria Catherine Walborn in 1730 by Rev Stoever in Tulpehocken.
