Biography

James W Vicars, son of drugstore owner James Vicars and Scottish-born Frances Campbell, was born on 8 Dec 1911 in Livingston, Montana. In 1936, he married Anna Mae Fechter.[1] He died on 27 Apr 2000[2] and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Livingston.[3]
