The parents of Ragnhild are questionable. Some sources state that her father was Nikolas Palsson Kuvung - http://sunnmiddelalder.net/index.php/giskeherrer/1150-1217-nikolas-palsson-kuvung. Not Jon (Torbergson) Randaberg and Ragnhild (Erlingsdatter) Erlingsdottir. This fact is reinforced by the entry in the Biographical Encyclopedia of Norway under Skule Baardsson - https://nbl.snl.no/Skule_B%C3%A5rdsson.
