Alexander died in 1836, probably in Carnspindle, Islandmagee, aged 51 years and is interred in Ballypriormore Graveyard, Islandmagee.[1]

Also their son James who was drowned in Grey River, New Zealand, 11th Decr. 18(..) aged 32 years. Also the above Eliza Tweed who died 11th Jan. 1870 aged 74 years. Also her son Joseph who died 27th April 1880 aged 56 years. Also his wife Sarah Tweed who died 7th June 1876 aged 34 years.
