Biography

Hezekiah Lewis Trundale was born on 30 Oct 1817 in Montgomery County, Maryland. He was the son of Hezekiah Trundle and Christina (Whitaker) Trundle.

On 23 April 1839 Hezekiah married^[1] Mary Nichols at Saint Peters Parish, Montgomery, Maryland. Between 1840 and 1851 Mary gave birth to their seven children. The 1850 census^[2] shows Hezekiah raising his family in Washington, Lafayette, Missouri where he is farming.

Mary died^[3] in 1851, shortly after giving birth to Harriet.

On 06 May 1856 Hezekiah married^[4] Sarah A. Lee in Lafayette, Missouri. Between 1857 and 1868 Sarah gave birth to their four children. Then they moved to Little Rock, On 04 April 1870 Sarah died in Little Rock.

In November 1870 Hezekiah married Mildred Catherine Lee, Sarah's sister. Between 1871 and 1876 Mildred gave birth to their three children. The 1880 census^[5] shows Hezekiah and Mildred raising the children along with a sister in law and three servants.

Mildred died in 1893. Hezekiah Lewis Trundle passed away on 15 June 1906 in Arkansas. He is buried^[6] at Oakland and Fraternal Historic Cemetery Park, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas near Sarah and Mildred.
