Frank's full name and birth date and place are confirmed by his World War II draft registration.^[1] His nearest relative is named as his wife, Beatrice Helena Treon.

In 1982 he was still living in Sunbury.^[2] LIkewise, he was resident in Sunbury in 1998.^[3]
