Biography

Charles was born about 1830. He is the son of Samuel Tracy and Lucy Jones.

In the 1851 Census of Canada, Charles Tracy was the son of Samuel Tracy Sr in Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada.[1]

Charles Tracy married Mary Lipsett.

They had the following children:

  1. Lucinda Tracy, b. 1855.
  2. Hanford Tracey, b. 1856, d. 1942.
  3. James Henry Tracy, b. 1860.
  4. Marshall Tracey, b. 1867, d. 1950.[2]

In the 1861 Census of Canada, Charles Tracy (aged 29) was the head of household in Simonds, Carleton, New Brunswick.[3]

In the 1871 Census of Canada, Charles Tracy (aged 40), Farmer, was recorded as married in Wilmot, Carleton, New Brunswick.[4]

In the 1881 Census of Canada, Charles E Tracy (aged 50), Farmer, was recorded as married in New Brunswick.[5]

In the 1891 Census of Canada, Charles E Tracey (aged 61), Farmer, was the married head of household in Wilmot, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada.[6]

In the 1901 Census of Canada, Charles Tracy (aged 71), Farmer, was the married head of household in Canada, New Brunswick.[7]
