Biography
Hezekiah was the son of Joseph & Mary (Fuller) Tracy
He married first Eunice Rood/Rude, daughter of Nathan & Thankful (Tracy) Rood/Rude in CT, parents of 15 children: Irena, Thankful, Lydia, Hezelsiah, Christopher, Isaac, Ezekiel, Diadema, Ephraim, Ira, Avery, Lester, Mary, Laura & Cyrus Tracy
He served in the Revolutionary War as Pvt. in Capt. John Stark's Co. of Militia, in Col. Ira Allen's Regiment and later at an Alarm in Capt. Zadock Ernest's Co. in the same Regiment - he is a D.A.R. Ancestor
He was the founder of the family in Vermont, settling there about 1780 and held numerous offices
