Washington Timmons married Phebe Smith 16 August 1866 in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. The marriage bond was filed 10 Aug 1866, his father Meredith Timmons is listed. [3]

In the land ownership map attached to this profile he showed 30 acres in section 11 of Perry Township in 1869.

He had 3 swine and 20 poultry with 75 dozen eggs. 7 acres of Indian corn producing 175 bushels, 3 acres of oats for 135 bushels, 4 acres of Wheat for 86 bushels, 1/4-acre sorghum for 18 gallons, 1-acre sweet potatoes for 4 bushels, 2 acres tobacco for 2300 pounds, 1/4 acre apples for 20 bushels and 20 cords of wood cut for a value of $30. He married Louisa Smith the widow of Richard Smith about 1925. Louisa (Davis) Smith Timmons survived her second husband until 1955.
Meridith Washington Timmons was attended from 20 Mar to 25 Jun 1930 by E.P. Trittschurch of Lewisburg, Ohio. He died 25 July 1930 at 1pm in Pyrmont, [14] Perry Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. The cause of death was carcinoma of the liver since 1928, paraplegia since 1929 and senility. [1]
He was buried 28 Jun 1930 in the Pyrmont Cemetery, Pyrmont, Perry Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. [14][15] With S.A. Dunkel & Sons undertaker in charge of the funeral. [1]
