Charles was born on 5 October 1863 in Ohio. He was the son of Martin Swick and Nancy Gould.

He married Rebecca Denny in 1887. [1]

Charles died at the age of 65 on 4 September 1929 in Gallia County, Ohio. [2]

Charles was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gallia County, Ohio. [2]
