Biography

Kim Ellen Strauser was born on June 30, 1961, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the child of George Lee Strauser and Tonya Lee Slover. She has been married three times and has one daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Metzger.

I was adopted at birth by Daniel John Tutaj and Shirley Ann (Dorn) Tutaj.

Two Sisters Named Kim

I reconnected with my birthmother in 1990, and spoke with my birthfather once before his death in 1999. Then in June 2012 I received a message from a half-sister I didn't know existed. We were born 3 years apart and share the same birthfather, George Lee Strauser. Here's some clarification...

Geraldine Stanfield was married to James Bob Strauser in 1959, and I have no documentation that shows the date of their divorce. They did not have any children together.

Then in 1964, Geraldine had a relationship with George Lee Strauser, a cousin of James Bob Strauser. This relationship resulted in the birth of Kimberlee Bridget Strauser. Geraldine and George were never married.

Three years earlier, in 1960, George Lee Strauser had a relationship with Tonya Lee Slover. That relationship resulted in the birth of Kim Ellen Strauser. Tonya and George were never married.

Kim was adopted shortly after birth and her adoptive parents named her Kim Ellen Tutaj.
