Thank you for your message regarding Philpott-1884. As a member of the Connectors Project, one of the things I look out for is profiles that seem to have a higher privacy level than might be expected. Frequently, this turns out to be because the manager either didn't realise that the level could be changed, or they haven't reviewed their Watchlist in a while - obviously not the case here.
Thank you also for the information regarding Australian privacy laws - I'll bear that in mind for the future.
