Strangeman Stanley was born on 7 Jan 1745 in Cedar Creek, Hanover, Colony of Virginia, son of James Stanley (1688–~1754) and Catherine Hutchins (~1708–1766)[1].
Strangeman (20) married Jemima Mills (18) (born in Oct 1746 in New Garden, Orange, North Carolina; daughter of Hur Mills and Rachel (Harrold) Mills) in Aug 1765 in North Carolina.[2] Their children were:
Strangeman (56) married Jemima Jones (38) (born on 5 Apr 1763 in Pennsylvania; daughter of Richard Jones and Jemima (Huff) Jones) on 7 May 1801 in Deep River, Guilford, North Carolina, United States.[2] Their daughter was Jamima Stanley (~1804–1874).
Strangeman died on 20 Jun 1829 in Fairfield, Highland, Ohio, United States, aged 84.[3]
