Archie Spigner is Notable.

Archie Spigner was an American politician who served in the New York City Council from 1974 to 2001. He was known as the Godfather of Politics in Queens and launched the career of several Black politicians.^[1]

Archie Spigner was born in 1928.^[2] He was the son of Walter Spigner and Estelle Kitt.^[3]

He passed away in 2020.^[3]
