Catherine UNKNOWN was born in 1728 in East Greenwich, Kent, Colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, daughter of Thomas Spencer (1688–1774) and Mary Greene (1690–~1728).

Catherine had a sister, Rebecca Spencer (~1722 – 30 March 1775).

Catherine passed away on 14 August 1808 in Rhode Island, United States, aged about 79.

Catherine (17) and Joseph Potter (21) were married on 14 February 1746 in Exeter, Rhode Island.[1] Joseph was born on 24 September 1724 in South Kingstown, Washington, Colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. He was the son of John Potter and Hannah (Saunders) Potter. Their known children were:
