Alice (Smedley) Allen, widow of john Allen, married Edward Woodward, March 23, 1722[1]
Children of Edward Woodward and Alice (Smedley) Allen:
1. George, who inherited the homestead in Newtown, containing 200 acres; but dying unmarried about the beginning of 1757
2. Jane (Woodward) Newlin, marrying her first cousin, Nathaniel Newlin in 1758.[2]
