Biography
Alfred was born in 1865. He was the son of John Sledge and Elizabeth Bamford. He married in Devon in 1900, in a double marriage, with his brother William to Bertha Angel. In 1911 his job is printers machine manager, he had been married 10 years with no children. He died in 1935, probate to widow Bessie.
