Biography
Thomas Sisley, son of Francis and Anna Sisley, was born in Kent in 1771[1].
He was married to Anne Félicité Dagneau[2].
He died in Dunkirk, at home 7, rue de la Grille, on March 13, 1819. He widowed and 47 years old[2].
