Elizabeth Sherburne, married 27 August 1460 Thomas Fairfax, K.B., son and heir of William Fairfax, by Katherine, daughter of Alexander Neville. They had four sons, Thomas, Knt., William, Knt., Richard, and Robert, Gent., and three daughters, Jane (wife of Richard Aldborough, Knt.), Dorothy (wife of Christopher Nelson), and Isabel. Sir Thomas Fairfax died in 1505.
