Biography
Jerusha was born on 2 June1702 in Haddam Connecticut, daughter of Timothy Shayler and Elizabeth Parents. [1]
She married Benjamin Towner in about 1720, as the birth of their daughter, Jerusha was recorded in Haddam on 17 Oct 1720.
She had already died by the time of her father's probate in 1727. Her father's probate (image 747 of his probate records on ancestry.com) mentions money owed to "Benjamin Towner formerly husband to his daughter Jerusha deceased" [2]
