Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1680. She is the daughter of John Parents and Elizabeth Unknown.[1] Proof of her parentage follows from her father's will (see his profile for a summary of his will) which divides his estate between his two daughters, Mary and Elizabeth.
Elizabeth predeceased her husband as did their daughter Jerusha. The identification of this Elizabeth Parents as the wife of Timothy Shaylor follows from his will which includes a bequest to son-in-law Benjamin Towner of "part of the original right of John Parents", [2] effectively identifying Elizabeth Parents as Timothy Shaylor's wife.
