Archibald Owen Shaw was born in 1868 at Moorooduc, Mornington, Victoria, Australia. He was the son of John Shaw and Bridget (O'Brien) Shaw.
Archibald Owen Shaw married Mary O'Callaghan in 1892 at Victoria, Australia.
Archibald Owen Shaw was a Fireman with the railways. He enlisted on 09 January 1917 and served with the Railway Unit, Section 3, 5th Broad Gauge Railway Operating Company, Australian Army during World War 1. He departed Australia on 24 January 1917 and returned on 01 July 1919.
Archibald Owen Shaw passed away on 13 December 1948 at Perth, Western Australia.
