Biography

Josiah Steward was born in 1836. He passed away in 1910.

According to an 1882 county history of Randolph County, Indiana, Josiah SHARP was born in New Jersey and census records confirm that. After moving from New Jersey at the age of 3, he spent the rest of his life in Randolph County, Indiana. He is found in the 1850, 1860,1870, 1880, and 1900 Federal censuses and in a 1908 Randolph County directory.
