George Raoul Léotalde Guichard Humbert was born on 22 June 1847, and was baptized three days later in Coteau-du-Lac. He was the son of Georges René Saveuse de Beaujeu and Adélaïde Aubert de Gaspé.[1] He married Marie Henriette Lamothe on 14 September 1869 in Saint-Hyacinthe.[2] He died on 11 December 1887 in Coteau-du-Lac, and was buried there four days later.[3]
