Biography

Alfred was the son of Amadee Saurette and Marie Marcel. When Alfred Saurette was born in June 1881 in Letellier, Manitoba, Canada, his father, Amedee, was 31 and his mother, Arzelie, was 31. He first married Marie Louise Lambert on September 28, 1909, in St Jean Baptiste, Manitoba, Canada. They had one child during their marriage. After her death, Alfred remarried to Anna Houle in 1914 in Manitoba, Canada. They had three children together. He died on September 26, 1950, in Aubigny, Manitoba, Canada, at the age of 68, and was buried in Manitoba, Canada.
