Rebecca (also spelled Rebeckah or Rebekah) was born on December 4, 1717, in Oxford, Massachusetts Bay Colony. in Oxford, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She was the daughter of Joseph Rockwood and Hannah Chamberlain.[1][2][3]
She married James Hovey[3] on April 1, 1740, in Oxford.[4] They had no children.[5]
