Biography
Ellen (known as Bobbie and as Mrs Fenner) was born in Ravensthorpe, Western Australia during 1909. She passed away in 1995.[1] [2] [3]
In 1945, Ellen was one of the recipients of the Royal Red Cross (second class).[4] [5]
In 1980, she was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for "In recognition of service to the community".[6]
