She was born on 04 August 1751 in Springville, York County, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of Elizabeth (Glattfelder, 1723–1825) and Jacob Rhyne.

She was christened on 08 September 1751 at Christ Lutheran Church in York, York County, Pennsylvania. [1]

(Maria) Eve Magdalene Rhyne or Rein married about 1771 to Johan Adam Cloninger (1751–1818).

She died between 1836 and 1839 and was buried Cloninger-Derr Historic Cemetery in Gaston County, North Carolina, USA. [2] [3]
