Elizabeth Reynolds was born about 1840-1845 in Paterson, New South Wales, Australia to brickmaker Stephen Reynolds and Mary Cameron.[1][2]
Elizabeth married Thomas Henry Hagan on 29 Jan 1872 at the Roman Catholic Church of Singleton, New South Wales, Australia. The two were living at Myall Creek, Singleton. Thomas and Elizabeth had five sons and one daughter:[3]
William Henry Hagan (born 4 Feb 1872 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales; died 1958 in New Zealand)[4]
Thomas Oriental Hagan (born 18 Jun 1874 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales; died 1951 in Queensland)[5]
Arthur John Stephen Hagan (born 11 Jun 1878 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales, Australia; died 1966 in New South Wales)[6]
Charles Harvey Hagan (born 1880 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales, Australia; died 1959 in New Zealand)[7]
Thomas B Hagan (born 1882 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales, Australia)[8]
Mary Lilian Hagan (born 1886 in Patrick's Plain, New South Wales, Australia; died 1937 in New Zealand)[9]
Elizabeth became a widow when her husband Thomas passed away on 6 Oct 1905 in Greta, New South Wales, Australia.[3]
Elizabeth arrived in New Zealand about 1911[10] -- as did her children Charles and Mary -- where her son William was already living.
For the 1911 electoral roll, she was living on Raynor's Road, Huntly with her daughter Mary. By the 1914 electoral roll, the two were living on Arney Street, Paeroa. She was still living there by the 1919 electoral roll, though Mary had moved out.
Elizabeth passed away on 29 August 1924 at Thames Road, Paeroa.[11]

There is an Eliza Reynolds born in ?, New South Wales in 1848 to John Reynolds and Mary
False guesses:
A couple of family trees guess at a death in 1930 in North Sydney, with registration number 12578. This is erroneous -- it is for an Elizabeth Reynolds whose husband was still alive (evidence of this is in the memoriam written in Sydney Morning Herald on August 31, 1932), and if that were the case, then she would not have the last name Reynolds.
An offset of this is that they guess an England baptism in Battersea St Mary Wandsworth, England to William and Eliza Reynolds on 12 Jul 1848 was her. There is not enough evidence to believe this, and other baptisms could qualify.
