Biography

Christiana was born in 1863 at Hant's Harbour, Newfoundland, daughter of James Reid and Rachel Balsom.^[1]

Christina married Amos Critch on Apr 23, 1884 at Upper Shoal Harbour. ^[2] Together they had seven children:

1. Ingrahm Critch
2. William Critch
3. Agnes Jane Critch
4. Letitrice Critch
5. Ella Critch
6. Lily Critch
7. Hattie Critch

In 1921, Christina was living at Foster's Point, Newfoundland with Amos and two daughters, Lily and Hattie.^[3]

Her first husband, Amos, passed away in 1931 ^[4]and before 1935 Christina had married Zebedee Stanley and was living in Clarenville, Newfoundland. They were listed on the 1935 census in Clarenville.^[5]

Christina passed away in 1951 in St John's, Newfoundland. St is buried in the United Church Cemetery in Clarenville.
