Biography

Sam served in the US Army during WWI.^[1]

Sam passed away in 1921 from a gunshot wound received during the Tulsa Race Massacre.^[2] Burial was in potter's field in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.^[3]
