Maria Barbara was Christened on 13 October 1692 in Schwaigern, the Duchy of Württemberg.^[1]

Marriage

Maria Barbara was married to Samuel Heinrich Abendschon on 9 April 1715 in Schwaigern. Maria's father is listed as Hanß Martin Rambachers.^[2]

Children

Samuel and Maria had seven known children:

i. Christianus Abendschon, b. 9 Sep. 1716 in Schwaigern^[3]

ii. Samuel Heinrich Abendschön, b. 27 Oct. 1718 and Christened the next day in Schwaigern,^[4] most likely died before 1718 because the next child, born in 1719, was given the same name^[5]

iii. Samuel Heinrich Abendschön, b. 1719 in Schwaigern, d. 11 May 1720.^[5] Samuel was most likely named after his brother who died before him - sadly, both sons died young.

iv. Maria Dorothea Abendschön, b. 24 Apr 1720, Christened the same day in Schwaigern^[6]

v. Marie Barbara (Abendschön) Kepplinger, b. 24 April 1723 in Schwaigern^[7]

vi. Reinholt (Abendschon) Obenchain, b. and Christened on 24 Oct 1725 in Schwaigern. He was an American Revolutionary War patriot. He died before 24 May 1782 in Berks, Pennsylvania^[8]

vii. Maria Elisabetha Abendschön, b. 2 Apr 1729, Christened 29 Apr 1729 in Schwaigern^[9]
