Timothy Raines Sr., nicknamed "Rock", is an American professional baseball coach and former player.[1]

Timothy Raines Sr. was born in Sanford, Florida on September 16, 1959 [2]

in 1979, he married his first wife, Virginia Hilton.[3] They have two children.
